    Ammie Huang, fluent in both Chinese and English, discovered Pilates after moving to Australia. What began as a simple way to stay active evolved into a deep exploration of body connection and balance. She found that Pilates not only enhances physical strength but also fosters mental growth. Specializing in clinical Pilates and prenatal/postnatal training, Ammie helps women stay strong during pregnancy and recover safely postpartum, regaining confidence and vitality. Her teaching philosophy centers on making movement truly serve the body, offering each client a coordinated, efficient, and energizing exercise experience.

    With six years of Pilates experience and APPI certification, Tanya specializes in mat and equipment Pilates. She is passionate about helping people build strength and enhance body control through movement, making exercise truly serve health and life.
    Her teaching style is precise and patient, emphasizing breath, core stability, and fluid movement control. She helps students improve body awareness, posture, and the quality of movement in daily activities.
